Artwork Guidelines

Email artwork to pat@runningawards.com. For files larger than 1MB, we recommend compressing the file. Our art department will determine if your submission is "camera ready."

The preferred format for art is a 100% black and white illustration saved as an .eps. Text must be converted to curves. DO NOT SEND WEB GRAPHICS OR LOW-RESOLUTION SCANS. A 600 dpi scan, output as a "black and white drawing" (not "photograph"), is acceptable. Colors and shades of gray are not engravable.

Art that does not meet specifications may require editing and delay production.

Indemnification

When you submit art and/or text to National Engravers, Inc., you assume full legal responsibility for compliance related to copy reproduction authorization. You agree to hold National Engravers, Inc. harmless of any damage or expense that may arise as a result of reproductions done on your behalf.

Proofs

Proofs will be emailed before production begins. Allow 1 working day from order acceptance for rush and program order proofs; allow 3 working days for standard order proofs. Same-day approval is urged to avoid production delays.
