Running Awards Ordering Process:
ORDERING INFORMATION
1. When sending a large quantity order, please contact your account representative, Pat Gleason, at (877) 818-4929 to discuss the best way to communicate your order. Note: We do not charge for art design for insert medals and sublimation plaques.
2. Please send recipient text in case style and font that you would like it to appear on the award. For example: "First Place" or "FIRST PLACE".
3. Include company or group logo, for glass awards - please send black line art .eps file (no grayscale, no color). Redrawing artwork may include an additional charge of $35.00 per logo.
4. Lead time needed for custom cast medals is 4-6 weeks without incurring a rush charge.
5. After order information is received, you will receive art proofs from electonically. Upon your approval, your awards will be created and shipped. Shortly after your order ships, you will receive an emailed tracking notification and your invoice.
